Nudges used previously included static banners, and images advertising an improved app experience, as well as discount incentives. I replaced these static nudges with interactive ones to drive app downloads, making them more engaging and contextually relevant. These interactive prompts working hand-in-hand with user behaviour, appearing at optimal moments to encourage downloads.

I replaced these static nudges with interactive ones to drive app downloads, making them more engaging and contextually relevant. On mobile (left above), users were greeted by a bottom sheet on their first visit to the site. An established user pattern that is concise and clear. This approach increased visibility, improved conversion rates, and created a seamless transition from web browsing to app usage.

For desktop, the nudge was located behind a single click "Get App" button featured prominently on the top right (right above), near login and wishlist options to reduce unsolicited popups. On click, users are greeted with a simple popup QR code leading to the relevant app stores (below).
